Red Ribbon Week

One person can make the difference! The Red Ribbon Campaign serves as a catalyst to mobilize communities, educate youth and encourage participation in drug prevention activities. This is the nation’s largest and longest-running drug-use prevention campaign.

The 2025 Red Ribbon Campaign theme, "Life Is A Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free.™", was submitted by Cheryl Holsapfel, Digital Art Teacher, and Carter Weinmann from Solon Middle School. This powerful theme symbolizes how every choice we make fits into the bigger picture—just like a puzzle coming together. Living drug-free helps build a stronger, brighter future, one piece at a time.

Red Ribbon Week takes place each year from October 23 though 31st; however, DuBray Middle School is observing Red Ribbon Week from October 20 through 24th. Students can take the pledge to live a drug free lifestyle during Red Ribbon week at DMS.
