Today's Spirit Day Theme was Rhyme Without a Reason and our students did not disappoint! We saw some of the most creative combos and are excited to share some of our favorites.
Teen Drug Awareness Assembly
Yesterday, DMS held a Drug Awareness Assembly for 8th grade. The goal of this presentation is to educate students on risky behaviors and how to reduce these risky behaviors. Students had the opportunity to receive information about the effects of substance use and prevention strategies to assist them in making positive choices.
National SRO Appreciation Day
Thank you for helping keep our school safe! We are so thankful to have such an amazing SRO here at DMS!

Winter Party Tickets Available 2/11-2/18
The DMS Winter Party is taking place on Friday, February 20th from 3:15 - 5:00. Students that wish to attend may purchase tickets during lunches from Wednesday, February 11th through Wednesday, February 18th. Tickets are $5 and include a slice of pizza and a drink.
NJHS Candy Grams
It's February, so you know what that means?!?!? CANDY GRAM TIME! Next week (2/9 - 2/13) NJHS is selling Candy Grams for $1 before school and during lunches.
National School Counselor Appreciation Week

Elementary Visits
This week DuBray visits our Eastside Elementary Schools to meet with incoming 6th graders. These presentations provide a brief overview of Huskie life along with an opportunity to learn more about our Performing Arts Programs.

Intramural Update
Due to our AMI days on Monday & Tuesday, additional dates for 7/8 Volleyball were added. As a result, 6 Volleyball and Team Handball dates have been adjusted slightly. Our Clubs & Intramurals calendar stays up to date with changes.

Last Chance to Sign Up for Flag Football
